My client is an established Network & Cloud vendor who is investing in their European operations due to market opportunities and want to onboard a Regional Account Director to be based in Germany. This person will have extensive experience within the Service Provider/MNVO space.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving new revenue opportunities across DACH.

- Engage with prospects and clients, building pipeline across a range of opportunities, managing multiple complex sales processes

- Forecasting accurately and ultimately closing new customers

- Articulate value of the Cloud solutions in comparison to competitive products

- Assume responsibility for overall territory and go to market plan

- Managing the designated territory as a business; incorporating customers, prospects, customer relationship managers, business development, marketing & partners.

- Build deeper, more strategic, and sustainable relationships with existing customers.

- Minimum 10 years solutions-based sales experience within Service Provider space

- Strong track record of selling complex software solutions in a Use Case model

- Proven history of success managing and negotiating large deals

- Preference for deep existing relationships within Tier 1 Mobile and Fixed Operators – especially DT/Swisscom etc across DACH

- Strong technical background and understanding of Wireline: DSL, Cable as well as Wireless, LTE, 3G, 4G, etc including Policy management

- Strong ability to articulate complex value propositions to customers, including executive leaders
