Senior Presales Consultant EMEA – Fraud, Authentication, ID Verification, pre-IPO, UK Remote
My client develops technologies to help financial institutions tackle fraud through one unified solution. They offer user authentication, end-to-end fraud prevention, operations and management solutions that focus on the customer journey where enterprises can simplify their fraud management operations to deliver an improved customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Become an expert in the features, benefits, and application of products, and their integration into client solutions.
• You will be expected to do technical pre-sales support, presentations, demos, technical documentations, prepare business cases and proposals.
• You will be expected to assist the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s managing POCs
• Working closely with Sales and R&D to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
Required Skills
• 5+ years of Experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant
• Strong technical capability with Fraud, Identification, ID Proofing, KYC, Biometric Authentication
• Experience in RFP’s and RFI’s, POCs.
• Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong client facing experience
